When you call Powerhouse, you will be greeted by a customer service representative. The customer service representative’s job is simple: to place your service call or estimate on one of our certified technicians or managers (depending on the circumstance). After a time and date is set for your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email or text. On the day of your appointment, your certified technician will call you 30 minutes prior to arrival. Your certified technician will arrive in a marked truck and will greet you at your door.
After reviewing the challenge you are facing and listening to your needs, the technician will prepare your estimate(s) to review with you. With your permission, the majority of the service calls can be performed on site the same day. If it is a larger project such as a generator installation, your field manager will guide you through the installation or project process. We are a COD company that will require payment after the work has been completed. Yes, it’s that easy!
