When you need a generator installation, electrical company, a plumbing company or any other home service provider, it can be nerve racking. We find it important to lay out exactly what to expect when you call into PowerHouse Home Services.
When you call in, you will be greeted by a customer service representative. The customer service representative’s job is simple, it is to place your service call or estimate on one of our certified technicians or managers (depending on the circumstance). After a time and date is set for your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email or text.
On the day of your appointment, your certified technician will call you 30 minutes prior to his arrival to ensure you know he is on his way. Your certified technician will be in a marked truck, with their vehicle in the street. The technician will greet you at the door to introduce himself.
After reviewing the challenge you are facing and listening to your needs, the technician will prepare your estimate(s) which he will review with you. With your permission, the majority of the service calls can be performed on site the same day. If it is a larger project such as a generator installation, your field manager will guide you through the installation or project process.
After the work has been completed, we are a COD company that will require payment upon completion.
